DEXS brings the global decommissioning market into one room, with two days of intelligence, operator insight, procurement, execution, technology and commercial debate across eight basins.
The programme is built around what is being delivered — where capacity sits, where contracts are moving, what operators are buying and what the supply chain needs to do to win the work.
Day One moves from the global market picture into the commercial reality: the crunch on capacity, the sequence of a global campaign, where the money lands, and the procurement routes into the work. Day Two goes deeper into execution — wells, removal, yards, workforce, procurement, repurposing and the funding and insurance structures that make delivery possible.
