A programme built
around delivery
DEXS brings the global decommissioning market into one room, with two days of intelligence, operator insight, procurement, execution, technology and commercial debate across eight basins.
The programme is built around what is being delivered — where capacity sits, where contracts are moving, what operators are buying and what the supply chain needs to do to win the work.
Day One moves from the global market picture into the commercial reality: the crunch on capacity, the sequence of a global campaign, where the money lands, and the procurement routes into the work. Day Two goes deeper into execution — wells, removal, yards, workforce, procurement, repurposing and the funding and insurance structures that make delivery possible.

Intelligence Briefing | Eight basins, four maturities
The analytical foundation for everything that follows, and the launch of GEN Intel Decommissioning and Abandonment, Edition Two. The global market from roughly $9bn in 2026 towards $16.7bn by 2034. The eight basins read by what has been delivered rather than what has been estimated. The quarterly capacity heat map through 2028. And the three tensions running through every region: capacity as the binding limit, regulators splitting two ways, and recycling becoming contractual. Delivered by GEN Intel
